Total AI activity: — at —. One AI Action = $0.01.
Each seat is allocated 1,000 AI Actions per week. Users in red below have exceeded that weekly allowance.
Rep (Seat) Usage
User-initiated AI actions tied to a specific rep — emails drafted by a seller, Chat Assistant queries, Dialer research cards, etc. Counts against that rep's 1,000 actions/week allowance.
Workspace Usage
Workspace-level AI not attributable to a single rep — most commonly driven by Plays, but also from Signals and other automated triggers. Counts against the shared workspace pool.

Options to Reduce Spend
Configurable with your CSM.
1
Reduce to 1 variant per email step
Today, each email step generates multiple AI-drafted variants. Limiting to a single variant cuts Email Draft volume proportionally with the variant count.
2
Enforce a per-rep weekly throttle at 10,000 actions
Today's soft allowance is 1,000/rep/week and most reps run 10–100× over. A 10,000 cap still allows aggressive use but eliminates the long tail of extreme outliers (a single rep can otherwise pull $1,000+ in one week).
3
Remove the most expensive model options (e.g. Opus 4.7)
All AI Actions are flat at $0.01 in pricing today, but underlying model compute varies materially. Disabling the most expensive models for high-volume features shifts work to lower-cost models without typically affecting quality.
